Attempt Theft from Motor Vehicle - Hazel Grove WOMBOURNE

We’re appealing for witnesses or anyone with information in relation to the below crime.

At approx. 0005hrs Tuesday 28/07/2026 unknown offenders have approached a secure, unattended vehicle parked on HAZEL GROVE, WOMBOURNE (nr to the junction of BULL MEADOW LANE) They have smashed the window of the vehicle before being disturbed by a resident.

Offenders described as two young males, slim build, both wearing dark clothes and balaclavas - they were travelling on an electric bike.

Did you see anyone suspicious in the area at the time of the offence?
